The installation brings together two video works alongside a series of study sketches arranged on a light table.
Tacit (3 min) follows a winter road in northern Sweden, where snowlight blinds rather than illuminates. Kinema (8 min) is a two-channel video built from fragments filmed in Sicily, Calabria and the Tremiti Islands. Projected, examined and re-recorded through an enlarger, the images mimic the assembly of memory, appearing still yet precisely timed.
